I have been working with Coach Lamar for about 6 months now. I am a 51 year old that has always had an issue going into a gym alone and eating the right foods. But working with Coach I am down 2 pant sizes and about 10 lbs. The meal plans and work outs are super good. Love the food and the flexibility of the meal plans. After a few months with no structure when it comes to my workouts. I contacted Lamar, that I had been following for a while on Instagram. I decided to join his team and program. I would say the best part about his program, except for his coaching, is the app he uses. Regardless if you are a pro or just going into the gym for the first time, this app is everything you need. You got everything from a timer to all the workouts, videos of all the exercises and you can write to Lamar straight from there. And leave feedback on the workouts! Also, regardless of where in the world you are, he will make it work. I have been in Sweden all this time and used his program form the beginning of May. and despite the 6 hour time difference, I could always contact him or get access to everything in the app. Lamar is a very understanding coach, and with me being burned out, it hasn’t always been easy. But he has always come with advice on what to do or how to prioritize my workouts. So, if you are sitting at home and are ready to put in the work, and be consistent. A quick recap: I was never a big guy, but after two knee surgeries I reached 275. I was never that big and once I saw this number on the scale, I knew I had to do something. In my family on both sides, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, etc. After watching several family members take medication day in and day out, I knew I didn’t want that for my life. I tried several diet programs, but little to no affect. I lost some weight, but not what I was expecting to. After several months of watching Lamar via instagram, I determined to get on board. What I liked about coach Dunn was the way he kept it real. He showed the good and bad and when a person does that, you can’t help but to show that respect. So, I made contact with him and he. I told him what I was looking for and my goals to achieve. He put a plan together for me and I followed that plan exactly the way he laid it out. I trusted him to design me a plan and he didn’t disappoint me. As you can see the results are there. My coach is the real deal!
Loved working with Lamar during the 4 week boot camp. He created a meal plan specifically tuned in for my needs and goals and it was easy to work with. His app is freaking awesome! He’s super motivating and gets you going, he gave plenty of tips and when I had a question was there personally to answer. Thank you for the motivation I needed, now I am down 20lbs and at my goal weight and physique. Thank you for your help with giving me the info and kickstart I needed to reach my goals.
